Job Description of Team Leader position. 

Our company, which is in the family entertainment industry, is looking for a competent Team leader for our Nelspruit branch.

Must manage all aspects of operating the store and deliver excellent customer service while dealing with sales, birthday parties and corporate events, customer complaints and queries and manage staff performance.

Must be fluent in English, and have strong mathematical skills. 

Must have strong communication skills. 

Must have strong cash handling skills.

Must have strong administration skills. 

Must have Microsoft office skills. 

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with customer service and minimum of 1 year experience with daily cash up procedures. 

Must have contactable references.
