OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR AND SALES SUPPORT
Produkta Trucks is opening a new office for an exciting new truck brand. We are looking for a self-directing team player who will create an office environment that lives up to the brand and to Produkta Trucks.
You will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for managing the office when they are not there.
Office responsibilities: Ensure the office is in a state that reflects a premium brand: clean, respectable, and comfortable. Direct the cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness of the office. Ensure any clients that arrive are helped immediately and maximise the experience. Manage office stock (stationery, coffee, etc.) and supply requisitions. Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments. Manage all filing in the office. Brand ambassador responsibilities: Learn the basics of the brands being sold and be able to converse to clients when the Sales Manager is not in the office or occupied. Manage customer orders, and other administration/finance related tasks around the office.
Skills/education requirements: Matric Strong written and verbal communication skills. Multiple languages are beneficial. Know how to navigate a computer. Able to navigate Excel, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office environment. Able to learn new CRM, and computer systems.
