 VACANCIES AVAILABLE – KIAAT PRIVATE HOSPITAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER JOB TITLE : HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER REPORTING TO : HOSPITAL MANAGER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•Degree or Diploma in Human Resource.
•A post-graduate qualification will be an advantage.
•Minimum of five (5) years experience in a Human Resource Department with at least two (2) years in management or related field, preferably in a private hospital.
•Be able to work independently and in a team.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Knowledge of relevant regulatory framework
•Computer literate.
•Valid driver`s license RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with the overall hospital`s strategy.
•Foster a positive relationship between management and employees by actively participating in addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
•Manage the recruitment and selection process.
•Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
•Develop and monitor overall human resource strategies, policies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the hospital.
•Nurture a positive working environment by promoting an organisational culture.
•Actively champion the on-boarding and off- boarding process.
•Manage an accurate payroll system for permanent and agency employees.
•Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
•Ensure full compliance with laws and regulations.
